Hey there! I'm Josh —the one behind The Nerd Nook.

After years spent decoding complex tech and working in the education industry, I've mastered the art of breaking down jargon into bite-sized chunks anyone can digest.

Practice is key. And you’re only going to practice if the topics are interesting and relevant. Most tutorials are hard to follow and can be boring.

My unique experience has allowed me to use my teaching experience to break Python topics down in a fun and constructive manner for you guys.

The idea is to keep you (and me!) motivated and interested, to be able to see and discover a clear learning path that sparks your curiosity and lets you jump down that rabbit hole.

Over time, you’ll gain experience with Python and experiment with many fields in Python. You’ll gain the confidence you need to solve problems at work.

🎁 Free Subscribers get:

  • One issue every Tuesday. These will be shorter articles on most weeks. Covers our current new topic in an ongoing series. This is only about 20% of the content that paid subscribers will get.

  • One PyPod Episode every Thursday. Short Podcast episodes that break down the Weekly articles I write. I talk about tips and tricks that were not in the article.

  • Access to last six articles. Join as a premium reader to get lifetime access to my full archive along with so much more

🔐 Paid Subscribers get:

  • Wednesday: 3 Randoms. Once a week we investigate random functions chosen from random libraries in Python. This allows us to learn and experiment with powerful functions and tools that you would normally not get the chance to use.

  • Friday: Down the Rabbit hole. This is an extension to my weekly article. The free Tuesday article only scratches the surface. Down the Rabbit Hole is a deep dive into the article for that week. Expect twice the length.

  • Project Saturday: Monthly Step-by-step Project. I cover a Project and break it down step-by-step. As a premium subscriber, you can help choose the type of projects I cover. (First Saturday of Every Month)

  • Full Archive of Articles

  • Resources and templates for you. Get access to all my current and future resources and guides I have available to you!
